Sailing!

Maddy started her two weeks of sailing at Piers Park this week. This year, her friend Amaia did the program too.



While Maddy was sailing, I made good on a summer promise to Audrey to take "an epic bike ride". So with some friends we biked from Winthrop BACK to Piers Park.



We had some pizza and then enjoyed the splash pad for a while before...



 ...biking back to Winthrop so we could drive BACK too Piers Park to see Maddy's boat sail in.



(I guess the moral of that story is that Piers Park is a truly awesome place!) Fingers crossed for good sailing weather for the next two weeks!
