Grandma and Grandfather Visit!

Grandma and Grandfather came up for a visit and (lucky for them!) they got to see LOTS of softball! Thursday night, they got here in time to see the kids play. And afterward we got some seafood for dinner...and took this photo to send to Bob on his first night of his sailing class. (In defense of the kids, Bob did just make them watch Jaws!)



On Friday, Audrey had the last day of her soccer camp. She had a great time with "Coach Rebecca".



And after soccer, we took Grandma to the beach!



On Saturday, we had MORE softball! It wasn't a great day for photos and opening ceremonies, but they did squeeze their game in before the sky opened up and it poured rain!

On Sunday, we took a road trip to New Hampshire.



We drove to Lincoln, had lunch then crossed the Kangamangus Highway to Conway, stopping at the scenic overlooks.



In Conway, we took a ride on the Conway Scenic Railway. We got seats in the Emma Gertrude, a restored observation car with a wicker chair at each window.





It was a beautiful ride! And a great weekend!
