Maddy had her blizzard birthday, then we had our extended family party. Then Audrey had a couple friends over for cupcakes.
On the 14th, her actual birthday, we confused Audrey further by giving her a Valentine, then having her blow out a candle one more time. Lucky for her, Maddy was willing to help.
Finally on Saturday, the final event of birthday season was a bowling playdate Maddy had with her friend Hope.
Maddy hadn't been candlepin bowling since she was 4, so I was proud and excited to see how well she did! She even helped keep score by writing the numbers in the score boxes.
After we worked up an appetite, we had some pizza and conversation/silliness.
And after that, was a brownie sundae that Maddy was very excited to have!
It was a great week!
