Zoo Field Trip

One of the reasons I love working for myself is the ability to be available to chaperone school events and I know those days are probably numbered, with Audrey being in middle school now. So I (foolishly, maybe?) jumped at the chance to chaperone the 6th grade field trip. Shockingly, due to the pandemic this was Audrey's first field trip EVER. And there was a lot of excitement!

(Noted to self: next time you find yourself on a bus with middle schoolers make sure your "Airdrop" function is turned off, otherwise you will be airdropped any numbers of strange photos!)

It was a fun day, but being in charge of eight kids from at least four different social cliques who did NOT want to be hanging out together was exhausting! It was like trying to corral a bunch of electrons!
