Last Week of Summer Vacation

It's never easy coming home from vacation, but at least we had one more full week of summer vacation to look forward to after we came home from Hilton Head.

On Monday, we chilled at at home with zero plans except  relaxing (laundry!) and Maddy's softball game in the evening. It really felt like fall was closing in on us as when the lights came on during this early game.

Tuesday was our back-to-school shopping day. Clearly this store contained a lot of mandatory items that we must purchase.

Wednesday was a beach day with the Ille's.

The water temperature wasn't THAT bad, but it definitely the bathwater we'd become accustomed to.

All through the week, we were kitty-sitting for the Aresty's. Abe and Louis were very friendly!

On Friday, we decided to go to the MFA.

Casanova's Europe was a really interesting show! The MFA always impresses me with their inventive curating.

It was a fun week, despite a few photobombs here and there.
