Easter Weekend (minus Easter)

Even aside from it being Easter this weekend, we also had lots of other events going on.

First off on Saturday morning, we stopped by the Winthrop Youth Art Show to see the kids artwork. Audrey's art (the top one) is titled, When You First See Land (it's as if you're looking through a telescope).



And Maddy's letter "Illuminated" letter U (as in Illuminated Manuscript).



We are super-proud of both of our artists!

After the art show, we had a friends's 40th birthday to attend (day drinking at a yacht club!) and then Bob and Maddy watched Michigan in the Final Four (the Wolverines won!) while Audrey and I went to a  beach bonfire to celebrate the full moon.



There were S'mores....



...and the big orange full moon rising out of the ocean was very dramatic! Luckily, Audrey coordinated her outerwear with the moon!
