Girl Scout Field Trip

To conclude our Girl Scout year, we took our scheduled field trip to the Northeast Animal Shelter to deliver the troop's donation, get a tour and to meet some animals. The timing could not be worse, since Audrey was in the midst of a desperate bout of puppy fever, having just scored a soccer goal on Sunday then was told that we would honor our promise with a stuffed animal, not a real one. (Parent fail!) However, she did not even ask to take one home, though she really did enjoy meeting this guy.



We left our check, and ran out of there before anyone could beg for a puppy!
