Anniversary Weekend

Grandma and Grandfather came up for a visit this weekend so Bob and I could get away for a night in on Cape Cod. Audrey let them stay in her room so she bunked on our floor for a couple nights. Getting the Elmo family (Amy, Bob, Garry, Terry and Ned) took a little time, but eventually she got them lined up.





On Saturday, we took off for the Cape while Grandma and Grandfather took the kids to and orchard to go pear picking.



They should have stopped with this amount...



...but they got a little carried away.



Meanwhile, Bob and I had an awesome day driving down the Cape, stopping for giant lobster rolls in Hyannis. Our inn was really cute, and it was really fun to explore Provincetown. And the innkeeper got us into a great resturant so Bob and I could give each other the traditional 12th year anniversary gift, pork belly.



On Sunday, we drove around looking for a way to see the sand dunes and ended up on Race Point Beach.





It was a great weekend!
