Derby Day!

Derby Party step one: Pick your horses and place your bets. This year we did extensive research. Audrey used the "pick the mad horse" method. Maddy picked strictly based on the odds.

 Derby Party step two: Make some beautiful Derby hats.





Derby Party step three: Invite some friends over...



...and tell them to bring their wallets! (There was eight bucks riding on this race!)



Derby Party step four: Serve some mint juleps. Make sure to have some wine as a backup for when everyone decides that mint juleps are gross!



Derby Party step five: Pick the winning horse and fleece your friends!
