On Friday night, we concluded the birthday week celebrations with one more birthday cake on Audrey's actual birthday. Coincidentally, it was Happy Elmo's birthday too.
On Saturday, after Girl Scouts and a lunch date and play date with Maddy's best buddy Matthew, we hunkered down for ANOTHER snow storm. Inspired by last weekend's quilt show, the Pink Panther and I got out my unfinished quilt (started in 2001!) to motivate me to finish it.
On Sunday we treated the kids to some time in some bouncy houses down in Taunton. They were so excited to have somewhere to run around!
We were hoping to wear them out enough that they would be good sitting for a couple hours while we celebrated Grammy's 39th birthday at the Olive Garden.
On Monday we used the extra day to play Legos, un-install our old, dead dishwasher in prep for our new one (yay!) and Audrey made some art. I love how her family portrait includes her "other sister" Elmo.
