On Saturday, Maddy and Bob did some soccer training to get Maddy ready for the start of spring soccer next weekend. Audrey and I took the opportunity to loll about in the grass.
On Sunday, we went out to Broadmoor Wildlife Sanctuary for a hike. It was a great place for a walk. We saw lots of birds and turtles...
...and a tree almost felled by a beaver.
By the end of the walk (or almost the end) both girls were pretty worn out!
Maddy says, "Hiking is fun, but exhausting!"
