Bonus Beach Day!

We had the most amazing summer-like weather this weekend so we decided to steal one last beach day. The last time we went, in August, Audrey wasn't mobile yet so we were excited to see how she liked playing in the sand. And also, how much she would eat. (The answer is "lots". With some seaweed thrown in too.)

She absolutely loved playing in the sand. And Maddy liked having a playmate. Sort of. She's not used to having to share the role of sand castle demo crew with someone else!

Maddy is also not used to having someone covet her Cheetos. She had to escape to the back of the tent to save her snack from Audrey-Mc-Grabby-Pants. I think we just witnessed the beginning of sibling rivalry today!

Eventually, a sand castle got built (with dad's help.)

Audrey says, "Demo drew, reporting for duty!"

It was a great day!
