Thanksgiving

We had a really nice Thanksgiving this year.

In the morning the light was so nice that we tried to get a photo for our Christmas card. Maddy had ample opportunity to practice her fake smile. See if you can tell the difference....



(Hint: The top one isn't going to win Maddy an Academy Award anytime soon.)

And then we headed down to Grammy and Grandpa Carroll's house where uncle Kenny was visiting from New York City.



Maddy enjoyed Grammy's Thanksgiving dinner, especially the ham.



Afterwards we decided to go to LaSalette to see the beautiful Christmas lights around the pond.



I think we're officially in the holiday spirit now!
