This year's basketball season came to an end this weekend after the 6th grade girls team made it even further into the playoffs than anymore thought. 

(Before the first game of the season which really set the tone with a 52-0 loss against a team they should NOT have played against!)

A mid-season win.

Having fun, playing with her besties was always Audrey's top goal and that was achieved!

The playoffs are a double elimination tournament and shockingly the girls won both of their games in the first weekend of the playoffs...

...but then lost two in a row the following Saturday morning. But those games actually turned out to be some of Audrey's personal best games in terms of her contribution to the team. She even got her first foul, whooo hoo!

So, there were definitely some ups and downs this season, mostly due to some unfortunate coaching that involved A LOT of F words...so I think we're all ready to stick a fork in this season and call it DONE!
