Not many kids get to watch their 5th grade teacher (Audrey's current, Maddy's former) win the woman's professional hockey championship, the Isobel Cup, on TV. We even got to see Ms. Dempsey score a goal!
And then the kids actually got to HOLD the Isobel Cup at Audrey's school! Congratulations to Ms Dempsey and the Boston Pride.
She's equally good at teaching 5th grade and playing hockey!
