My last pre-pandemic meal was at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant downtown (Pho Pasteur) and today, after having a site visit downtown end at lunchtime, I took advantage of my vaccinated status and had my first indoor dining meal at Pho Pasteur...and it was JUST as good as I'd been dreaming about.
