Today the weather was warm(ish) so we decided to force ourselves get out of the house and give the cats a break our constant presence. And also maybe to get some fresh air too. Maddy wanted to try out Rocky Woods, ones of the Trustees properties, so we heading south and west from here. While we hadn't had too much snow, we didn't realize that away from the coast, there was a pretty significant amount of snow on the ground! It was a little more challenging than we were planning on (with all the slippery surfaces) but SO beautiful, especially towards the end of the hike when the sun was starting to go down.
