Fenway Park

A friend of Bob's offered him Red Sox tickets (vs the Kansas City Royals) on a Wednesday night, probably because there was rain in the forecast...but we said, "Sure, why not!"

Turns out, these were the MOST AWESOME Fenway seats we have ever had! I kept waiting for security to tell us we were in the wrong seats!







We had popcorn in a baseball helmet!



And met Wally the Green Monster.



We made it through more than nine innings before the rain came, but the rain did come. Unfortunately, the game was still tied when they eventually called the game and we had to leave before it finished. In fact there was so much rain on the radar, they postponed the game for more than a month...and the poor Royals had to come all the way back to Fenway to finish a game that they ended up losing in twelve minutes!



It was such a fun night! So lucky we had the opportunity!
