Halloween

This year for Halloween, Audrey led the costume choice...she was dying to be Dorothy. (Or at least she was after I nixed her first costume choice, Dr Evil from Austin Powers!). She had a bonus chance to wear her costume at an event this weekend. It was supposed to be a costume bike ride, but it had to be moved indoors due to a Nor'Easter.



With Audrey as Dorothy, it was easy to come up with a entire family costume...though never again will I paint my face!






Sure, a march around the gym is ALMOST as fun as a bike ride...(said no one ever!)



But, it was a fun way to spend a rainy Saturday and Audrey even made the newspaper!



We had a really nice day for Halloween, sunny and not too cold! We did trick-or-treating around Winthrop Center first.





Then home to give out candy and trick-or-treat around our neighborhood.





On our way home we ran into some questionable characters!
