Rained-out Camping Weekend

We'd been planning for months to take our annual camping trip with the Smith-Fehlners this weekend but the weather forecast did not look promising. And finally, on Friday we called it.

The faces of children who have been told their beloved camping trip has been postponed are truly tragic.



To cheer them up, and to get out of the hot, hot house we decided to see a matinee of the new Winnie the Pooh movie. (It was SO good!)



On Saturday, after the rain passed it was a beautiful night for a walk...



...and a bike ride.











Sunday was beautiful as well, so we took a hike with Grandpa in the Blue Hills.







It wasn't the weekend we had planned, but it was still pretty nice. *Fingers crossed* we can take our camping trip next weekend!
