Mother's Day Weekend

We started our weekend with a Girl Scout outing to see some birds. Unfortunately, the recent warm weather lulled us into thinking we ONLY needed jackets and sweatshirts.

It was really cool though, when are guide let us look through his fancy scope.

After we thawed out, Bob took the kids to the Museum of Science so I could have a day "off". (The kids both texted me photos of themselves having fun.)

On Sunday, we spent Mother's Day at Kenny and Tricia's for a campout....I mean cookout.

Audrey loved having the chance to entertain her cousin. (Mr. Corn was making an entrance than amused everyone.)

And Bob enjoyed the opportunity to use the Doggie guitar.

After lunch, we took a talk around the neighbor. (Audrey was a mile head of us on her bike!)

After all that exercise, we totally deserved the "Jello Poke Cake" that Tricia made. And it was finally warm enough to sit in the backyard! (It was delicious)

It's always great to get the cousins together!
