Christmas Show

This weekend Audrey participated in the lunacy known as the Winthrop School for the Performing Arts "Holiday Spectacular". It always turns out fine in the end, but in the midst of it it feels like it could go off the rails at any moment! For instance, we were assured that all the costumes would be ready by the dress rehearsal. But, NOPE.

(And contrary to the smile, Audrey was mortified. She hates for it to seem like she's not following the rules!)



I actually went to Target and bought a white tank top JUST IN CASE....(the dance school director has a tendency to flake out in times of stress!)

But luckily, we didn't need it. The seamstress came though! And Audrey looked adorable!



I'm partial to the angel costume, but the Christmas Tree one was pretty cute too!















I spent a good part of the last two weeks complaining about all the extra rehearsals, but it is a very cute show! And Audrey loves to perform!
