Russell Pond 2017

This weekend we had our annual trip to Russell Pond with the Smith-Felners. We had a perfect weekend. The weather was gorgeous, the s'mores were delicious and as the owner of a new air mattress my camping attitude was much improved! (The best $24 dollars I ever spent!)

The kids, sleeping on their camping pads, having no idea what they are missing not having their own luxurious eight inch air mattress!



Andy brought his new kayak that he'd adapted for one-handed use so that Maddy and Amaia could test it out and it was amazingly successful.





She was off in a flash! I think she really loved the independence.



Audrey got the hang of it pretty quickly as well!



We also had a nice walk in the Lincoln Woods, along the Pemigewasset River.







Back at Russell Pond, the sunset was stunning!



Audrey and Walden, hopefully she's gotten enough puppy time to last her a while.







One last canoe trip before we had to leave.





We had such a great weekend!
