Christmas Part 4: Bear Hollow and then Back on the Road

On our last day in Kentucky we had no plans at all so we had a very relaxing day. In the morning, the kids and I walked down to the playground to shoot some hoops.



Then we went into the hollow for the afternoon. It was a beautiful afternoon, but cold!



Uncle Charlie built a fire for us.



While Audrey helped Grandfather pump some water.



And we did some swinging.




The sunset was beautiful on the way out of the hollow!



It was a lovely day.



Unfortunately, we had to get in the car bright and early Friday morning to go home. But luckily we had the Fields Girls Glam Pillow to amuse us all the way back to Massachusetts!
