Maddy's softball team wrapped up their season this week. To get into the playoffs the Gators had to play the Cougars and it was a night game so Maddy got to play under the lights for the first time (very exciting!) The game was very exciting and it wasn't until the bottom of the last inning that the Gators pulled out the win (with some crazy calls and wild shenanigans!).
Unfortunately, that win meant that the Gators had to face the dreaded Wolverines for a best of three series.... And so ended the season!
It was a lot of fun and we are so proud of how well Maddy did. I know she'll miss all the girls from her team, they are a great bunch of kids!
Hopefully she'll reunite with most of them next summer!
