On Satuday, Bob made some sort of crazy deal (I'll call it his birthday present) where we all went to the movies, but he saw Batman vs Superman while I took the kids to something more age approproate (Zootopia). Truth be told, I probably enojoyed the kids' movie more than I would have liked Batman anyway. And the kids and I scored an extra (free!) trough of popcorn. Bonus!
One the way home we got to check out the newly reopened Government Center MBTA station.
On Sunday we went to KidsBuild, where Audrey experimented with scale (among other things!)
This year, the kids chose to build an apartment building, and they picked a site in a high rise zone, so we could build as tall as Maddy's shoulder!
(I should have known that when we put Audrey in charge of signage that Elmo's likeness was going to end up on the building!
They did a great job....balconies, a roof top pool, I'd live there!
It was a fun day, from design to execution!
