Quiet Weekend

We had pretty (relatively) nice weather this weekend. Unfortunately there really isn't anywhere to take a walk and enjoy the balmy 40 degree temperatures since most parks are still covered in a three-foot layer of snow.

We did get out for a little while in an attempt to accelerate the melting process by throwing some snow onto the street. There's a four-foot snow drift at the front of our house that is probably destined to end up in our basement. But, to look on the bright side, it is fun to climb.







On Sunday, we celebrated the return of Daylight Savings Time with some ice crean at Twist and Shake.





Lucky for us, the extra daylight really highlights the chocolate on people's faces!
