Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving! Kenny and Tricia were hosting turkey day again this year but we still had come cooking to do the day before. Luckily, I had a couple of sous chefs to help out with the sweet potatoes...

...and the pumpkin pie (which was a great two-handed activity!).

On Thanksgiving morning (before the parade was on TV) Maddy helped out with the stuffing. I felt a little like I was passing the torch!

After a relaxing morning watching the parade, we drove down to Kenny and Tricia's. They are excellent hosts.

And Kenny even carved the turkey without messing it up!

We all ate too much!

And the turkey hat made another appearance.

After dinner, Audrey entertained us all with knock-knock jokes.

It was great to catch up with everyone and spend some time with Grammy...

...and Grandpa.

It was a great day!
