Mornings With Audrey

Now that Maddy has been in school for a while, Audrey and I have our own little morning routine. On Mondays we usually walk around Deer Island with a friend. On Tuesdays, we go to a playgroup, where Audrey gets to feel like she's in "school" too.

We also have a gymnastics class on Thursdays (Audrey is working very hard on her back-handspring).

But we do have a couple mornings every week free, so we were very excited when a friend invited us to go to the Children's Museum this week. It was so great to be able to go exploring, letting Audrey take it at her own pace.

We could have spent all morning in the bubble room!

The toddler play room was a big hit too!

As was the giant window sill in the cafe where we had lunch.

Audrey says, "Thanks Jake. We'd love to come back anytime!"
