On Saturday, we got invited by the Cahoon's out to "Camp Barry" in Shrewsbury. To say that the kids had a great time would be a huge understatement. Another few minutes in the pool and Maddy was sure to grow gills.
Though her lips were purple most of the day, we still had to bribe her to come out of the pool to warm up occasionally.
Audrey had a good time giving me little heart attacks as she walked too close to the side to throw objects in the pool. She loved to swim too, but she's still getting used to wearing a life vest.
The most exciting part of the day was when (as a joke) I casually asked Maddy if she wanted to go off the diving board, and she said, "Sure!"
The only thing that shocked me more was when she wanted to do it again. And again. And again.
Hopefully, we'll get invited back next year because we all had a great time!
And then today, as if that wasn't enough water, we went to visit Grammy and Grandpa and they had a pool ready for us too.
It was a great weekend!
