Father's Day

To celebrate Father's Day, we took Bob and his dad out to George's Island in Boston Harbor. It was a great day for a boat ride and a day trip to an island!


While exploring the old fort, we tried to break Maddy out of the jail, but she actually liked it in there.


Though I think she liked the view from the top of the fort even better.


Nothing like a little sea air to make a girl sleepy!


Maddy showed Nicole and I the view from the top too.




There was also a replica of the fort to play in, and Maddy did a great job of keeping it safe with her loaded weapon. That two-dollar water gun we bought for Maddy was the best two-dollars I've ever spent...nothing has made her happier!


Too soon, it was time to catch the ferry back to the mainland.


It was a perfect day!
