Zoo

Grandma was visiting last weekend, so in honor of Maddy's recent potty successes (cue the choirs of angels singing the Hallelujah chorus!) we decided to celebrate/push our luck with a trip to the zoo. It was a gorgeous day and a great way to start Maddy's summer vacation.

Maddy fed the Budgies again.


And we had another train ride.


Obviously, ice cream is mandatory.



When we got home, we discovered our electricity was still shut off from having the house painted. Luckily it was a nice afternoon for sitting on the porch.


We had a great day and a nice weekend.
