Then the fog burned off and the day was gorgeous so we ended up staying for the whole day. Maddy even took a nap in the tent, it was blissful! She was a little unsure about the ocean when we first got there, but by the end of the day she's loved playing in the tidal pool and walking in the waves. We'll definitely be going back again soon!

Crane's Beach
Even though the weather wasn't that great this morning, we decided to head up to Crane's Beach anyway. When we got there, it was completely foggy so we got front row parking and a great spot on the beach.
Then the fog burned off and the day was gorgeous so we ended up staying for the whole day. Maddy even took a nap in the tent, it was blissful! She was a little unsure about the ocean when we first got there, but by the end of the day she's loved playing in the tidal pool and walking in the waves. We'll definitely be going back again soon!

Sounds like a wonderful day!! Oh how I would love a nap on the beach right now...
I'm really looking forward to bringing Bennett to the beach this summer. I think he'll really enjoy it now that he can walk. Unfortunately, it hasn't warmed up much around here yet. Hopefully our summer starts soon!
