She did a tap number (I Feel Good)....
....and a ballet one. (A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes)
The dress rehearsal is probably more fun than the real show...and the fringes on the tap skirt made it very fun to shake!
The year the kids got to be backstage with no parents. (Yikes!) I don't even want to know what went on back there, but somehow we did come home with one less tap shoe than we needed and Bob had to beg his way into the auditorium the morning before the second show to find it! (Never a dull moment!)
Audrey and her friends did such an awesome job! All year Audrey had wondered and worried about what would happen if her teacher wasn't at the front, prompting them with the moves...and then (surprise!) at the last performance on Saturday, they got on stage and Miss Alicia wasn't there. I'm still unclear about whether or not that was intentional or not, but they all remembered the moves all by themselves. (Whew!)
Audrey did such a great job! We are so proud of her!
