Mystery Ride

Bob had the Patriot's Day holiday off from work so we consented to let him take us on a "Mystery Ride". We took off heading south. Eventually Bob admitted that he was taking us to Newport, and that his motivation was a trip to Newport Creamery to get an Awful Awful.

We started at out O'Brien's Pub for lunch, a place we'd been to before (a great place for kids, dogs and kids who love dogs!) Maddy worked on her corn-hole skills while waited for a table.



After a walk around Newport we drove out to Jamestown to see the lighthouse at Beavertail.













Then finally, on the way home, Bob got his wish: an Awful Awful for dinner!



We had such a fun day!
